3. Returns, Refunds & Claims
30-DAY GUARANTEEWe accept returns for items purchased directly from the official SYUEO store within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Returned items must be in new, unopened, and original saleable condition with all seals intact.
4. Product Shelf Life, Usage & Safety
FORMULATION SCIENCEThe 'best before' measure of your SYUEO product is determined by the time of opening. The open jar icon on the side of the label indicates the number of months the product remains optimal once opened (Period After Opening / PAO). For example, 12M indicates 12 months from opening, and 9M indicates nine months from opening.
Generally, unless a shorter date is printed on the packaging, SYUEO products have a recommended unopened shelf life of at least 36 months after manufacture. For sunscreens, we recommend opening within 36 months of manufacture. Beyond this timeframe, texture, aroma, or active ingredient efficacy may decrease. For best results, we recommend prompt initial use and storing products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
